I have a bedroom available from October onwards for a period of about 4 - 5 months with the option of taking over the lease in late Jan / early Feb when we move out to another place. You will be sharing the house with me & my girlfriend.
The place is a immaculate neat 3 bedroom house with a kitchen, lounge, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.
Everything is provided in the house including cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Bedding is not provided for the room, however it can be provided and can be discussed when viewing the place.
The house is located 5 mins walk from Pascoe Vale station (Zone 1 Station), also it just 20 mins drive to the airport as well as close to City Link as well.
Rent is $160 per week + $20 per week for bills (water, gas, electricity, unlimited internet). Bond is $320 and is due along with a months rent when moving in to the place.
Ideal Flatmate - Looking for an easygoing flatmate between 20 - 35, students are also welcome. We normally organise our own meals and also share an occasional dinner and a drink together.
