Walking distance to public transport and shops. Its a modern, spacious two bedroom apartment with one room availble. The house is fully furnished except for the room, it is the large main room available as i have the smaller room with the parking space, although street parking is still available if needed
My ideal housemate- prefer someone between 21-30 year old and has lived in a share house before. Someone who is clean and tidy and reliable with paying bills on time. Easy going and friendly, someone who doesnt mind having a chat. Someone who is a professional that works full time, as you will need to sign onto the lease as well.
About me- Im a full-time hairdresser that works weekends so looking for someone respectful of that and not a party animal although i dont mind socialising with a fun housemate. Im 22 years old and very easy going and friendly, i tend to get along with everyone easily. Im very clean and tidy and like the house to look nice.
I have been living here for 3 months and my house mate is about to move back interstate leaving end of October. The lease is until July 2014 but can be extended, so im looking for someone to sign on the lease aswell.
